Wildflower Weekends

The hills are now a lush green and as you get closer  you realize there are many other plants amidst the grasses as well.  Nature has decorated the hills with many colors such as orange, purple, blue, bright pink and  yellow.  The butterflies are happily fluttering about the Milkweed.  The prairie birds fly and perch amidst the grasses, and their songs are so sweet along with the breeze and fresh air.  You can walk the Tallgrass Prairie paths or enjoy a ride and hear the Park Rangers share more about this ancient environment.
