Rodeo

Thoroughly enjoyed the Flint Hills Rodeo.  It is an idyllic setting in the midst of the rolling green hills on the first weekend of June.  As the sun is setting  the music, the professional riders, and the clown make for great family fun.  It's very exciting to see how long the cowboys can stay on the bucking horses and who keeps their hat on.  The bull riding is thrilling as these muscular and wild looking creatures give their riders a great ride.  The cowgirls race around the arena between competitions and also around the barrels.  Always fun to see the rodeo clown as he keeps an out for the participants and their safety and also provides entertainment for the crowd.  We serve breakfast each morning for our guests and our guests enjoy this spacious old home with the modern amenities, king size beds and extra beds for families.  It's coming up soon get your tickets at the Rodeo website.  Please email [email protected] to reserve your room.  We have more information to share about having a great time Rodeo weekend.
